I've been a customer for, oh, almost 25 years. The place has a fine staff and great products. Kioti has long been a very underrated tractor. I've owned two and they've been free of manufacturing defects, and a good value. And they still have STEEL hoods, fenders, etc. (not plastic). I had a problem with a post hole digger I'd recently bought there, and everybody went out of their way to help me solve the matter. If you need to talk to a salesman I recommend Phil. He communicates well. But everybody there is nice, and is knowledgeable and competent.
